From her home in Ireland, Carmel will be taking us on a sacred pilgrimage of the heart. This journey will be inspired by Celtic themes, Celtic saints and sacred sites in Ireland. It will be conducted in a reflective atmosphere with song, meditation, ritual and gentle movement.
