Contemplative Centering Prayer

Centering Prayer

“Be Still and Know That I am God.” (Ps 46:10)

Come and be still.  Come and rest.

Centering Prayer is a contemplative practice through which our hearts and minds are open to God.  This prayer practice facilitates our inner movement from seeking God to experiencing God.  We create space within us to let God be God in our lives. We sit for the prayer and are currently reflecting on Open Mind Open Heart by Fr. Thomas Keating.  All are welcome!

Currently, we are meeting on Zoom only and not in-person. We will be meeting twice a month. We invite you to join this loving and supporting community of pray-ers, who are committed to deepen their relationship with God.
